For Blender (Cycles & Eevee)

  1. Open Shader Editor: Set your workspace to "Shading."
  2. World Output: Click the "World" tab in the bottom left.
  3. Add Texture Node: Hit Shift + A -> Texture -> Environment Texture.
  4. Load HDRI: Click "Open" and navigate to your 3dcollective_real_light_03 folder. Load the desired EXR file.
  5. Connect Node: Connect the "Color" output of the Environment Texture to the "Color" input of the Background node. Connect the Background node to the World Output.
  6. Viewport Display: Go to Render Properties -> Film -> Transparent (optional) and ensure Scene World is checked.

Pro Tip: To rotate the light without moving the HDRI, add a Mapping node and a Texture Coordinate node. Connect the Generated output to the Mapping vector, then to the Environment Texture. Rotate the Rotation Z axis to spin the light around your model.
