Step 1: Compatibility Mode Setup

1. Locate your Setup.exe file on the installation CD or folder.
2. Right-click the file and select Properties.
3. Navigate to the Compatibility tab.

Step 2: Modify the Installer for Compatibility

ArtCAM Pro 9.1’s setup.exe is 16-bit and fails on 64-bit systems.

• Workaround: Create a new folder on your desktop named ArtCAM_Temp.
• Copy the entire installer contents into ArtCAM_Temp.
• Find ArtCAMPro.msi (the Windows installer package) and Setup.ini.
• Open Setup.ini in Notepad. Change CheckOS=1 to CheckOS=0. Save.
