Power bank won’t charge (stuck at 0%)

Problem 3: Only 3 LEDs blink, but it never reaches 4.

Cause: You are using a very low-power charger (e.g., an old 500mA iPhone cube). Fix: Use a wall adapter that outputs at least 5V/2A. The PBY37 requires a "strong" charger to finish the top 25% of its capacity.
