Before applying any crack, you must update the game. The "new" cracks are version-specific. Download cm0102_v3.9.68.exe (found on the official Championship Manager 01/02 Fan Site). Install it. Your original cm0102.exe is now patched to version 3.9.68, but still requires the CD.
