Cygnus VST — Helpful Overview

Dual Tracking

For wide rhythm guitars:

• Track left: Cygnus (Deep On, Mid 10 o’clock)
• Track right: Cygnus (Deep Off, Mid 12 o’clock)
• Pan hard L/R

2. Download & Installation

1. Go to the official Ignite Amps website (or trusted archive like KVR Audio).
2. Find Cygnus (usually under "Audio Plugins").
3. Download the correct version for your OS:
   • Windows: .exe installer (choose 32 or 64-bit)
   • macOS: .pkg or .dmg
4. Run the installer. It will place the .dll (Windows) or .vst / .component (macOS) files in your default VST folder.
5. Rescan plugins in your DAW (Reaper, Cubase, Ableton, FL Studio, etc.).

Note: You also need a cabinet simulator (Impulse Response loader) because Cygnus does not include a power amp or speaker simulation. Ignite Amps’ NadIR is the recommended companion. cygnus vst
