If you manage a lab of 50 offline computers, activating each manually is tedious. Use these strategies:

Error 4: “Hardware ID Changed”

Cause: The offline activation code is bound to the original hardware (motherboard, CPU, main drive). After a major hardware swap, the code becomes invalid.
Fix: You must generate a new request code from the changed machine and get a fresh offline activation code.

How it works (The Two-Step Process):

1. Request Code: On the isolated machine, Deep Freeze generates a unique "Installation ID" or "Request Code" based on your hardware hash and license key.
