For version 4.1.2 to communicate flawlessly, you must whitelist the billing server’s IP address in your Xtream Codes master panel.

Log into Xtream Codes Admin > Settings > API.
Add your billing server's public IP to the "Allowed IPs" list.
Ensure that the billing server can reach ports 8080, 25461, and 25500 (depending on your Xtream panel version).
