Charging the Device
Before first use, please charge the keypad fully. E-yooso Z-88 Mechanical Numeric Keypad User Manual &
- Connect the included USB-C cable to the keypad and a USB power adapter or computer port.
- The indicator light will turn Red (or breathing light) while charging.
- When fully charged, the light will turn Green or turn off completely.
Part 2: Quick Start – First Time Setup
If you just plugged in your Z-88 and nothing works properly, follow these steps: Charging the Device Before first use, please charge
- Connect via USB-C (or Micro-USB on older models). Do not use a USB hub; connect directly to the PC.
- Wait for driver installation. Windows/macOS will auto-install generic HID drivers. No internet required.
- Test the keys. Open Notepad and type. If keys type twice or not at all, see Section 6 (Troubleshooting).
- Toggle the backlight. Press
FN + INS(Insert) to cycle through 19 RGB modes.
Pro tip: If the keyboard is unresponsive, unplug it, hold down ESC, and plug it back in. This resets the onboard controller.
