Fix | Lag Pes 2019 Pc Low-end
Before starting, check your PC against the minimum requirements:
- CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz / AMD Athlon II X2 260
- RAM: 4 GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 / AMD Radeon HD 6570 (1 GB VRAM)
- OS: Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 (64-bit)
If your PC is below these, some steps may still help, but don’t expect perfect results. fix lag pes 2019 pc low-end
6. Editing pes2019.exe with Hex Editor (Advanced)
Only try if comfortable:
- Open PES2019.exe in HxD (Hex editor)
- Search for
C7 05 [*] 3F 00 00(crowd related hex) - Replace values to reduce CPU/GPU calls.
(Better to use ready-made “low-end exe” from PES forums instead of manual hex.)
5. Essential Third-Party Tools
Bonus: The Stadium Trick
Certain stadiums kill low-end FPS.
- Avoid: Signal Iduna Park, Camp Nou, Allianz Arena.
- Use: KONAMI Stadium, or generic stadiums with no shadow casting from the roof.
- Weather: Set to "Night" (less shadow rendering) or "Summer" (no rain particles). Rain kills Intel HD graphics.
2. The "Config.ini" File Tweak (Essential for Low-End PCs)
Even if you set graphics to "Low," the game still renders background assets that consume resources. We can manually edit the configuration file to disable features that the in-game menu hides. Before starting, check your PC against the minimum
- Go to your Documents folder:
Documents\KONAMI\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\ - Open the file named
config.iniwith Notepad. - Find the
[Render]section and modify the following lines:
[Render]
WindowMode = 1
Resolution = 1920 1080
FrameRate = 60
VSync = 0
Quality = 0
TextureQuality = 0
AntiAliasing = 0
ShadowResolution = 0
- Crucial Tweak: If you do not see
ShadowResolution, add it manually and set it to0. Disabling shadows provides a massive FPS boost in stadiums.
Save the file and close it. Right-click the file, go to Properties, and check "Read-only" so the game doesn't reset your changes. CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2
