1. Understanding the Exam Structure (Spain – Ministry of Justice)

The standard Gestión Procesal exam has two main parts:

  • Part 1 (Common): Spanish Constitution, Civil Service Statute, Judiciary Organization, Data Protection, E-Administration (LexNET, Minerva, etc.).
  • Part 2 (Specific – Procedural): Civil, Criminal, Labour, and Contentious-Administrative procedures, with special emphasis on Enforcement proceedings (Ejecución) and Monetary claims (Proceso monitorio, Juicio verbal/cambiarío).
