When it detects the injected code required for a Mod Menu like Ciber Hacker, it either force-closes the app or prevents the cheat from activating.

4. Can You Still Get a Working Mod Menu?

Possible but with major caveats:

Downgrade to Granny 3 v1.0 – Some mods still work, but you lose all later content (new levels, Grandpa’s AI improvements).
Root-only mods – A few updated menus exist on Russian/Chinese forums (e.g., 4pda, Platinmods), but they require Magisk + Zygisk + hiding root. Even then, detection rates are high.
Offline-only – Mod menus work in airplane mode, but as soon as you go online, Play Store updates or Play Protect flags you.

✅ Last confirmed working method (as of early 2026):
Use Lucky Patcher to remove signature verification + install a v1.0 modded APK + disable Play Protect. No future updates.
