Important Pre-Update Notice

Before proceeding, please note the following critical points:

Step 4: Install the Update on the Sound Bar

  1. Power off the LG NB4540 completely (unplug from wall outlet).
  2. Disconnect all cables (HDMI, Optical, AUX) from the sound bar.
  3. Plug the prepared USB drive into the USB port on the back of the sound bar.
  4. Wait 60 seconds – this allows capacitors to fully discharge.
  5. Plug the sound bar back into the wall outlet. Do not turn it on yet.
  6. Press the Power/Standby button on the sound bar itself (not the remote). The display will show:
