Mailwizz License Key Install Official

1. Prerequisites

• MailWizz application already uploaded to your server
• Database configured and working
• Admin access to your MailWizz backend
• A valid license key (purchased from MailWizz’s official site)

❌ Error #3: “Invalid license format”

Causes:

• Copy-pasting extra spaces or line breaks.
• Using an expired license (valid for 12 months from purchase).

Fix:

• Regenerate key from customer area → “Licenses” → “Generate new key”.
• Manually type the first and last 4 chars to check for hidden characters.

4. Method 1: Install License During Fresh MailWizz Setup

This is the easiest method. Follow the web installer: mailwizz license key install

1. Upload MailWizz files to your server’s document root (e.g., public_html).

2. Navigate to http://yourdomain.com/install/index.php ❌ Error #3: “Invalid license format” Causes:

3. Complete the environment check and database configuration.

4. When you reach the License Information step: ✅ After installation

   • Paste your license key into the field.
   • Click Verify License.
   • If valid, the installer proceeds.
   • If invalid, you’ll see an error (see Section 7).

5. Finish the installation (admin account creation, cron jobs, etc.).

✅ After installation, the license is stored in your database and applied automatically.

❌ Error #4: “License server is temporarily unavailable”

Causes:

• MailWizz’s licensing server down (rare).
• Your server IP is rate-limited due to excessive validation attempts.

Fix:

• Wait 15 minutes and retry.
• Contact MailWizz support with your server IP.
