3. Online Multiplayer (CnCNet vs. Westwood Online)
Westwood Online (WOL) shut down in 2014. The original SKIDROW crack disabled WOL. The patched version redirects the game to CnCNet (a community-run server). Step 3: Run the Render Configuration
Inside the patched folder, look for RA2_Launcher.exe or ddwrapper_config.exe. Often on sale for $5–10
- Select Render API:
CnC-DDraw(Best for Win10/11) orTS-DDraw. - Select Resolution:
1366x768or1920x1080(Note: 4K breaks the sidebar UI). - Check "Force Windowed Mode" and then uncheck "Show Window Border" (to get fake fullscreen).
