Yes. Feitian’s legacy driver package (v1.2.0.0) supports XP/Vista/7. However, Windows 7 is end-of-life; consider migrating to a newer OS.

Rockey200_Driver_Win_v3.2.1.zip - Unplug all Rockey 200 devices.
- Run
