Suggested angle for a blog post

  1. Open with a 2–3 sentence hook about why small rewards matter today.
  2. Summarize the work’s premise in one paragraph.

Pillar 2: Social Rewards (The "Status")

This is where the magic happens. Humans are tribal. Recognition in front of peers is often more valuable than cash.

  • Examples: "Employee of the Month" parking spot, a shout-out in the company newsletter, a dedicated "Rewards Wall" with photos.
  • Taylor’s Twist: "All sorts" means not just positive praise. Peer-to-peer kudos systems (where colleagues give each other "Taylor Tokens") fall here.

    1. Was facing the same error, i got it to work, you must create a new document and have a text layer as the active layer for the plugin to load the fonts. The Fontea plugin is working perfectly now

  1. how do you get this to work? I installed it, have the extension window open but can’t figure out how to apply a font. I select the text I want to change but if I click a web font I just get a beep. Are there instructions anywhere?
