2.1 A/V Sync Issues

When amateur encoders rip a Blu-Ray and mux (merge) a Hindi audio track sourced from a DVD or a TV broadcast, the frame rates often mismatch. A Blu-Ray runs at 23.976 fps (frames per second), while a Hindi TV broadcast might run at 25 fps. The "UPD" version re-encodes the audio to match the exact frame rate of the Blu-Ray video.
