1. Change USB Selective Suspend (Windows Power Management)

  • Control Panel → Power Options → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings.
  • USB settings → USB selective suspend setting → Disable.
  • Why? Prevents Windows from cutting power to the UFS3 box during long read/write operations.
