Synopsis:

Act 1 – The Call In Soweto, Mzee receives a please-call-me from an unknown number. It’s a photo: Thandeka, blindfolded, sitting in a familiar car – the wrecked BMW 740i from the Umlazi Gangster Movies 3 finale. The text: “Finish what you started, or she finishes.” Mzee knows the car was Skarra’s. But Skarra is dead. Who sent this?

Act 2 – The Return Back in Umlazi, Mzee moves like a ghost. He learns Thandeka is dating Lwandle – who is running a legit auto repair shop, or so it seems. But Lwandle secretly works for Nkosi, the new kingpin who engineered the message using deepfake audio of Skarra’s voice. Nkosi wants Mzee to kill Lwandle, reigniting the feud so Nkosi can step in as “peacemaker” and take over all illegal tenders.

Act 3 – The Trap Thandeka escapes her captors (hired by Nkosi) but doesn’t run to Mzee – she runs to Lwandle. When Mzee confronts them in a shipping container yard near the Umlazi Mega City, Lwandle pulls a gun. He doesn’t know the truth yet. Mzee says: “I killed your father. But I’m not your enemy. Act 4 – Blood Legacy The three form an uneasy alliance. In a rain-soaked climax at an unfinished RDP housing project, they lure Nkosi and his men. Lwandle takes a bullet for Mzee. Thandeka saves Lwandle using a tourniquet Mzee taught her as a child. Mzee kills Nkosi with a tyre iron – the same way his own father was killed in Umlazi Gangster Movies 1.

Final scene: Mzee sits alone on the famous Umlazi stairs (eMlaza steps), watching sunrise. Lwandle and Thandeka walk toward him. Lwandle says: “I don’t forgive you.
