Update your dongle firmware (if applicable): After launching the new version, go to Settings > Dongle > Update Firmware. This ensures hardware compatibility.
Test with a known device first: Before tackling a customer’s expensive phone, test the update on a spare device to ensure your cables and ports are working.
Join the official Telegram/WhatsApp groups: The UnlockTool team often posts hotfixes and beta drivers in community channels.

Disable Antivirus: Before running the tool, temporarily disable Windows Defender or any 3rd party antivirus. GSM tools often modify system partitions, which antivirus software flags as "HackTool" or "Trojan." This is a False Positive.
Backup Data: Always advise your clients to back up their data. While UnlockTool is safe, unlocking bootloaders or flashing firmware wipes user data.
Avoid Cracked Versions: Do not attempt to use "loader" or cracked versions of this update. They often contain malware and will result in your legitimate hardware ID getting banned by the official server.
