So, you’re staring at a black screen, a flashing logo, or a device that vibrates but does nothing else. You’ve bricked your Infinix Note 30 Pro.
Don’t panic. I’ve been there. The good news? The Infinix Note 30 Pro (X676B) is surprisingly hard to kill permanently. Because MediaTek chips have built-in "download modes," we can usually resurrect the phone using a process called firmware flashing.
This guide covers three levels of bricking:
Warning: This will wipe all your data. If you didn't back up, your photos and files are gone. Proceed at your own risk.
.zip file.*#*#874#*#* (Engineering mode update code) to trigger update. Before flashing firmware, try these non-destructive fixes.
If your phone is completely dead (no vibration, no screen response) and the PC makes a sound (disconnect/reconnect loop) when plugged in:
Yes. The Infinix Note 30 Pro uses a MediaTek Helio G99. This chip is famously "unbrickable" via SP Flash Tool. Unless you physically broke the motherboard, you can fix it. how to unbrick infinix note 30 pro exclusive
If you succeeded: Comment below which step worked for you. If you failed: Describe exactly what error message you see (and what color the SP Flash Tool progress bar is). I’ll help you troubleshoot.

To unbrick an Infinix Note 30 Pro (X678B), you typically have two options depending on the severity of the issue: a "soft" fix via Recovery Mode for bootloops, or a "hard" fix using professional flashing tools for more serious "dead" bricks. Method 1: Recovery Mode (Soft Brick/Bootloop)
If your phone is stuck on the Infinix logo or continuously restarting, try a Hard Reset first. Note that this will erase all user data.
Power Off: Hold the Power button until the device shuts down.
Button Combination: Press and hold Power + Volume Up simultaneously. Dead or Bootlooping
Logo Release: Release the Power button when the Infinix logo appears, but keep holding Volume Up.
No Command Screen: When you see the Android robot with "No command," press and hold Power, then briefly press Volume Up once to enter the menu.
Wipe Data: Use Volume keys to select Wipe data/factory reset and press Power to confirm. Confirm: Select Factory data reset. Reboot: Once finished, select Reboot system now. Method 2: Professional Flashing (Hard Brick)
For newer Infinix security (Note 30 series), standard free flashing tools often fail. Expert sources indicate that you may need a paid tool or a specialized service.
Required Tools: Use professional software like Android Multi-Tool or UnlockTool.
Firmware: You must download the correct official firmware (X678B) for your specific region. Process: Load the firmware XML script into the tool. Soft Brick (Stuck on boot logo) Hard Brick
Connect the device in BROM mode (usually by holding both volume buttons while plugging in the USB cable).
Flash the device. If it is stuck in a bootloop during the search for USB, you may need to hold the power button for ~5 seconds.
Warning: If the device is completely unresponsive, you may need to visit an Official Infinix Service Center as manual unbricking without specialized accounts can be extremely difficult.

Important: If you’re unsure, uncheck “preloader” to avoid bricking on mismatched preloader—only use preloader if firmware is exact match and you need a full restore.
